These Terms describe the rules for using Fluera. The English version is the reference version. Translations are provided for convenience; mandatory consumer or privacy rules in your country may still apply.

1. About Fluera

1.1. Fluera is a language-learning service operated by Maxim Kapitonov, based in Montevideo, Uruguay. It provides lessons, vocabulary practice, exercises, review sessions, and related learning tools.

1.2. These Terms apply to the website at https://fluera.com and related Fluera features.

1.3. By using Fluera, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

2. Account

2.1. Some features may require an account.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity that happens through your account.

5.3. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or build a competing dataset or service from Fluera materials unless we give written permission or a separate license allows it.

6. Open Language Data

6.1. Some dictionary or example-sentence data may come from open language resources. Attribution and license information is published on the Sources and licenses page.

6.2. Open data is separate from Fluera’s authored course content.

7. Availability And Disclaimer

7.1. Fluera is provided “as is”. We try to keep it useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability, data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures, or learning outcomes.

8. Changes

8.1. We may update these Terms when the service changes, when paid features are added, or when legal or operational requirements change.

8.3. If you continue using Fluera after an updated version becomes effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Fluera.
